WORKSHOP INFORMATION

Winter's slowing rhythm is a chance to pause and explore what we need to sustain us over the darker months. Insight Art is a series of 3 online workshops that provide an opportunity to slow down, look inward and connect with meaningful insights that can sustain and nourish us. Participants should be available to attend all 3 workshops where possible.

   Workshops will include

  • a brief presentation

  • creative exercises

  • reflective practices

  • small group work

  • group sharing and discussion

  Workshops

  • Nov 28 - Cultivating curiosity: reflection and insight
